The Ground We Stand On

Hypocracy is something that everyone exempts one way or another. It might not be total contradiction but many times it means not acting the exact same under a variety of circumstances. It would be contradictory of you to reap the benifits of the law yet shirk from the responsibility that sustains that law. For example, everyone is quick to praise money being spent on education, yet nobody is happy for higher taxes. People complain about bad drivers, yet fight when they get a ticket. People claim to be something, the claim to stand for something. Yet they don't fully understand that which they stand for and they fail to incorporate those beliefs into everyone of their actions. We must always remember who we tell ourselves we are.
